Indoor Air Quality Assessments Indoor air quality (IAQ) problems can be a major issue for occupants, building owners, managers, and facility operators. Problems may range from illness and decreased productivity to lawsuits involving Worker's Compensation or tenant litigation. IHS provides a full range of indoor air quality consultation, including on-site investigations, testing, and recommendations for remediation, and operations & maintenance programs. IHS has extensive experience in the investigation, testing and remediation of mold and fungus in buildings.
